Who keeps your data

olüb, the cinema club, keeps the data you give when you register for a Screening. You reach us on Instagram, @oluebscreenings.

What we keep, and why

When you register, we keep the name you go by, the City you chose, the Contacts you left (WhatsApp, email, Telegram or Instagram), and when you registered and agreed. We use them only to tell you where the Screening is.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the Registration page.

How long

Your Registration is deleted when the Screening ends. We keep only how many people registered in each City. Our nightly backups of the site can still hold it until they roll over, which takes about ten days.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We don't share or sell your data.

Cookies and fonts

The only cookie is the Player's session cookie, which keeps a device unlocked once a member types the Access password. It is strictly necessary. The site's fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page tells no one else about your visit.

Your rights

You can ask for your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us on Instagram, @oluebscreenings. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
